"Wide Residential Street in an Industrial Area"
Spencer Street is a very wide street with some really nice, new houses. It is residiential on the Eastern half and has some light industry on the other side. This may sound like a turn off, but it really shouldn't be. There is no traffic, and Spencer street is just a nice, peaceful street.
It comes off Alderley Street, so it is quick to get into the city or the other side of town.
