"An elevated street close to the water"
Spies Ave is a quiet elevated street where most homes would enjoy a view of the water. Greenwell Point is a quiet, relaxed fishing village 10 minutes from the small South Coast city of Nowra. Famous for its fishing and rock oysters, Greenwell Point is bounded by the intersection of the Shoalhaven and Crookhaven River. A truly picturesque town that has a great community atmosphere.
