Does anyone know if the rain water tank is a mandate in Springfield Lakes ?
We have recently purchased a house and moved in, the rain water tank pump/motor is not working and it's expensive to replace compared to the cost i would end up saving, so i am planning to get rid of it if it's not mandatory anymore.
