"Our local park"
St Marys ave is a quiet culdesac adjoining Waverley park
We have lived here for 7 years and our three children have had the best kindergarten in the whole of Sydney so close to home. All the neighbourhood kids hang out with bikes and scooters on the netball courts. Our dog loves the park and for me, the pavilion coffee shop is just a stroll away. 10 min walk to the junction, 10 minute walk to the beaches. Perfect position.
