Stella's Fish Cafe and Moto-i in Uptown have great rooftop patios with views of Downtown Minneapolis. A semi well-kept-secret in Minneapolis is Tin Fish, located on Lake Calhoun. It's a lakeside seafood restaurant/cafe with really good eats.
