The Cedar Cultural Center and Mill City Nights are favorites of mine.

First Ave and Cabooze are local favorites. The MN Zoo (Apple Valley) is great for outdoor live music in the summer.

We've always enjoyed First Avenue, The Fine Line, Cabooze, Dakota Jazz Room and the Turf Club. Other popular spots are the Varsity Theater, The Cedar Cultural Center and Triple Rock.
