Did you hear the top "Hipster" neighborhood in the country is Lowertown St Paul?
Sounds like a great area to invest in rental property. My son works there, just across from Mears Park.

That doesn't surprise me. Lowertown has a lot going o. Great condos, the Farmer's Market and the new Saint's ballpark. Mix in the Minnesota Wild/Excel Energy and lot's of great restaurants/bars = Hipster!
