"Best All-Round Street in Town"
Elevated and quiet street in the Stage 1 area of Casuarina, meaning leafy streets and big blocks. Most neighbours know each other and interact regularly. Kids play together in the street without worry. 150m/2min walk to the pristine beach. Walking distance to restaurants/cafes/shopping centre/gym/pool/rugby field/etc. Local traffic only. Gets the n/e seabreeze regularly on warm days. Fall asleep listening to the waves crashing :)
