Reviews of Stenson Road, Kealba

"A Keeper in Kealba"

It gives me great pride to deal with the sale of this beautiful home, set in one of the best pockets of Kealba.

Growing up in the area for over 20 years I have seen the suburb go through an amazing transformation, from the creation of local amenities such as Watergardens, Keilor Downs Shopping Centre and Keilor Village. The lifestyle? Skip the chaos of the CBD, you are surrounded by local cafes, restaurants, bars, cinemas and an abundance of retail shopping outlets, all just minutes from your doorstep.

Quietly tucked away on Stenson Street, number 17 is a dream home for anyone wanting to start a family, buy a first home or looking to purchase a secure investment.
The home itself offers up great accommodation with 3 large bedrooms, spacious and light filled living a dining areas, large backyard for family BBQs and enough more than enough space for kids and pets. All this complimented with a timeless refurbishment for anyone who is wanting a turnkey home in one of the best growth areas in the North-West. The area is yet to experience all the capital growth it can, especially considering the growth of suburbs just minutes away, such as Sunshine and Keilor/Keilor East.

17 Stenson Road is a must see if you are looking for a home anywhere in the West or North-Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

"Kealba - Melbourne's hidden Pocket in the North-West"

Kealba is a hidden pocket in Melbourne's north-west; an easy 30 minute drive from Melbourne's CBD, with the advantage of having various ways to get to and from the CBD, including the Western Ring Road, Citylink and Footscray Road via Sunshine Avenue. Not to mention, the convenience of having the Route 421 Bus Stop running through Stenson Road, taking you directly to the nearby St Albans Train Station Interchange. Melbourne Airport is only a 12 minute drive away!

Stenson Road is surrounded with shops, including the local strip of shops (Hook and Cook Fish Bar - great Fish and Chip Shop towards the end of Stenson Road!), Centro Keilor and Taylors Lakes Shopping Centre, Keilor Village (recommend Master Cutterz - fantastic hair dressing salon!) Watergardens Town Centre, or 10kms away to High Point Shopping Centre. Only being a 15 minute drive away, you will find Essendon DFO and cafes, bars and more shops at Moonee Ponds Central.

Kealba is conveniently located close to Child Care centres, Primary and Secondary Schools (recommend St Paul's Kealba Catholic Primary School), Victoria University (VU - St Albans, Footscray Park and Nicholson Campus), local medical centres/family GP's, pharmacies (open till 11pm each night), emergency services and Sunshine Hospital. Staying fit and keeping healthy is easy with ample walking/cycling tracks in Green Gully Reserve and Brimbank Park, although plenty of gyms for the colder days (recommend Kore Wellness and Swim School!).

Take your fur-friend for a 10 minute stroll from Stenson Road to Brimbank Park which has off-leash/fenced dog parks or take them to obedience training (recommend Four Paws K9 Training!).
