There is a 4919m2 block with r40 zoning owned by the housing commission at 43 Stratton Boulevard. Homeswest is fast tracking a planning approval for a subdivision and it is in the approval stage. R40 allows 200 to 220m2 per block so it could be around 22 homes being built there to be provided for the disabled.
