"Couple of Acres and Just out of Town"
Acacia Hills is actually a pretty big area between Spreyton and Lower Barrington. Most blocks are larger with many 'couple of acres' options available for a family lifestyle just out of town. There is school buses to Spreyton and Devonport and also to Sheffield.
The hills literally glow with yellow blossoms in Spring.
