"Beautiful, Picturesque with a country feel and only 15 mins from the City of Penrith"
We often drive through Agnes Banks and have noticed lately that a lot of money has been invested into the area. A popular place for horse trainers with large training facilities on some very stunning properties.

"Not For Us!"
Very Boring. Area is infested with rats & mice.Tap water was grey.Horrible to live in.Does have beautiful views.
