"Alligator Creek 4816 the place to live work and play."
Alligator Creek just south of Townsville is fast becoming the place t live. Just 25 minutes drive to the middle of the CBD you can be in town faster than the more popular North Shore but have the luxury of living on acreage rather living on top of your neighbour. I visited a friend in north shore and we were talking in the back garden. He asked me to keep my voice down as his neighbour may hear!!!!. Do I want to hear someone’s toilet flushing or someone sneeze? No thanks. I love Alligator Creek where the kids can have a pony and enjoy the freedom of the bush and not worry about traffic but have the convenience of the city amenities if required.
Great for
- 25 minutes to CBD so convenient to city amenities
- Live with your neighbours not on top of them
- Properties cheaper than Town but much more for your money
