"Quiet and Serene"
I really love it! 15 minutes to work and then home to serenity. All at affordable cost to buy. Rents expensive though due to all the mine workers seeking accomodation. That can only be a good thing for investment though.

- Realestate is still cheap for investment but rising fast

- Expensive rents
- Motels always booked out
- IGA shopping centre overprice the food they sell
