Macbeth, from your comment you live in the private area... Yes I always felt alot safer in Airds than Rosemeadow... Id walk around after dark in Airds by myself, in Rosemeadow I made sure I had someone around even during the day... You obviously dont know your whole suburb and tend to stick within your own street and drive a car AROUND the rest of the suburb lol... ROSEMEADOW RIOTS... ENOUGH SAID!!!
One of the best suburbs in Sydney for young familys and retirees . Close to everything youd ever need and you get back you put in . Best value for money housing . We have made a small fortune here in property growth . One of the best Public Schools in the State . A great private School including primary and secondary. Plus a specialised schooled for disability and also a public high school . Has its own shops which have vastly improved over the years . Loved here for 25 years and raised three kids here with no problems. Try to buy south of the shops and you cant go wrong .

not many shops and they all seem to close before dark :( Takeaway even closes at around 5pm in the summer... They missed out on many sales from me in the time I lived there

Im not sure, I dont live there anymore as I came back to Sydney as I prefer anonymity. Its not the towns fault though, there can be trouble anywhere so dont let this out anyone off. I just obviously had an issue at the time I posted the review.

There are roughly 2,000 residents in Bundanoon. How many of those did you meet to base your judgment on?

If you like your westfield shopping centres and clogged up roads better then please don't come back here.
I dont like traffic or westfields :S I love country towns as long as they havent been invaded by rich do gooders... lmao

FYI the review was done years ago, probably 5+ years ago about 2008/2009.
Still wouldnt live there again though, too far from everywhere but not really country. Hopefully the community has improved though in the last 11 years.
WoW where do you live Lotusgirl, you find Rosemeadow Rough and Scary but you're safe on Riverside drive in Airds????
