"New suburb with great potential!"
I have lived in Brabham for 5 years and love the area. All homes are in walking distance to a park, if not multiple! The community is great and I have found people in the area to be helpful and caring. The new shopping centre including a Coles is excellent and Brabham Primary School Opened this year. Although I could not comment on the School itself, I have not heard a bad word about it. With more shops opening soon and a train station on the way, Brabham will be a self sufficient suburb in no time.
