Reviews of Bridport, TAS
"Beautiful Beach Town"
Bridport is home to some of the best beaches you will ever see. With multiple supermarkets, cafes, retail shops and many other small businesses Bridport has everything you could need. In the summertime Bridport is filled with people holidaying and enjoying the sun, sand and carefree atmosphere. If you are lucky enough to live here, it would be like you are on a holiday that never ends.

"As a tourist yes...as a new member of community no"
I lived in Bridport for 3 years. I found whilst the beaches are beautiful and the views are gorgeous I unfortunately never felt at home here. A difficult place to fit in for new families that have no connection to the area. The vast majority of people are as the say "Born and Bread in the area. The people whilst pleasant enough definitely have their social groups and it is difficult to feel a sense of belonging or remotely fitting in. Due to the shrinking nature of the place in the cooler months- I think it averages around 1,500 it can feel incredibly isolating.
