"Easy to get to the city, but plenty to offer close by"
Good public transport access and parks and shops close by makes this an appealing area.
There are some great tree lined streets around the area and plenty of reasonable houses.
If you want to go to the beach or out for a night out then St Kilda isn’t far.
There are plenty of shops close by and being close to Chadstone, St Kilda and not too far from the city means that you can pretty well get anything you need reasonably easily.
If you want to go to the races then you’re in luck as Caulfield racecourse is in the area. The downside it is can obviously get busy at certain times of the year.
