Whats great about Christmas Hills:
1. Vastly natural untouched landscape.
2. 5 minutes from Yarra Glen and the beautiful wineries etc of the yarra valley.
3. 15-20 minutes from Eltham.
4. Blocks are all very big.
5. Very reasonably priced considering the commute into town can be under an hour and the prices in say Kangaroo Ground which is down the road.
6 Ponyland on Osborne Road is fantastic for the kids.
