"Conveniet, quiet and cheap"
I've been here three years in a block of flats with incredibly friendly (mostly elderly) neighbours - I'm in my twenties. The shops are terribly convenient, there is some good variety of food, and some particularly excellent Thai, Bistro and Indian food. Friday nights are great at the Palm Court Hotel. There are some great places around here, very green and pretty.
