"Cranbourne West - The best one can afford."
Great place to live, good community spirit. The suburb does not have any million dollar dog houses you see in other suburbs. I say overall the housing is excellent value for money and I bet going ahead you will see a future growth in suburbs like these.
Great for
- Internet and mobile reception is excellent, never had any problems.
Not great for
- Lately its getting crowded.

"Great neighbours, easy finding a park to shop, well established tree lined streets"
A good affordable place to live where you can easily access the beach by car to either port phillip bay or western port, although port phillip is cleaner, westernport is more accessable.
Why pay premium bayside prices when you can have a larger block newer house with perfectly good roads and public transport.
Those who complain about Cranbourne obviously have not lived bayside where it can be busy and hectic on a weekend, here you can get away from the traffic and pushy tourists.
The internet here is fine you just need up to date browser ie. internet explorer 8 you can have a simple 256k plan the speed is fine. If of course there are those who want to download from fileshare get a faster plan and stop complaining, and if you use mobile broadband on your pc then of course it will be slow it is designed for 'mobiles only' get a brain.

cranbourne is a very bad place to live in such as roads, price of houses, lack of schools, crime, graffiti, robbery, murder, kidnapping,
"Reception/Internet"
You have to go outside to get any kind of reception in any house in Cranbourne west! It is not the best suburb for it! And the internet is in a shared line, so it is also going to be very slow.
Also the kids in this area are VERY rude and do not care about making noise! It is very rude and when you ask them politely to move on somewhere else they will tell you where to go.
Why would anyone want to live in a suburb like this.... EVER!!!!
Great for
- Nothing
Not great for
- Bad Internet
- Bad Phone Reception
- Noisy Kids
