"Secret surf paradise"

Amazing coastal getaway close to Melbourne, rolling hills with ocean views at a fraction of the price of Victoria. Would be perfect for vineyards . Dream living, hope to spend more time on such a high quality paradise. Fishing, surfing, golf, horse riding.
