"Money has this Address"
Dynnyrne is a wealthy suburb located in the hilly area 2 kms south-west of Hobart. It is a picturesque place with many properties having expansive views of the Derwent River. Both of these factors have kept the property prices high in the area. It is the perfect location for anyone attending the University of Tasmania which is just over 1km away.
