Reviews of Glenroy, NSW
"Norris Park, Glenroy"
Norris Park is a newer part of Glenroy on the North Western side of Albury, and is surrounded by nice hilly Mountains a nice walk from my place.
I bought here 2.5 years ago, nice neighbourhood but find that neighbours usually keep to themselves. My street can get a bit busy but usually very quite. Serviced by the 907 bus every hour and every 2hours on Sunday.
Only takes 10-12 Minutes to most locations in Albury including the Thurgoona Golf club. Which I think have the best value meals and it's about to be fully renovated.
Easy access to many businesses along Wagga & Urana Road, Lavington is the closest place for general shopping at the plaza.
The IGA in Norris Park on Union Road make the best Burgers in Albury especially the Norris Park Burger...good old fashioned value. They also sell fuel, light groceries and alcohol.

It'd be more like 12 Minutes drive from Dean Street, a lot more than 2 Minutes but it's a nice area. I can also bicycle down to Dean Street within 25 minutes using the bike path from Union Road.
