"Nice mid sized suburb under heavy development"
Love Haynes, so underrated because of its proximity to Armadale. Has the Sienna Woods estate that is rapidly expanding. Future schools and a new town centre is planned. Has shipwreck and explorer parks.
Next to Tonkin Hwy and Armadale Rd. Takes 30 minutes the city. Has Haynes Shopping Centre up the road.
