"Keep driving ..."
When people say something is too good to be true, they are generally right. $50,000 for a waterfront (River) property at 600+ m2, you would be mad not to take a look. Right? We did, then only later to find out that Herdsmans Cove is the most socio-economic challenged area in Tasmania, and yes, we did not stop long enough to take in the awesome river views the photos on Realestate.com promised us. Caveat emptor.
