"kiara - where neighbours are friends who care!"
We have a wonderful community spirit! most of the neighbours know each other, we get together around the park , walking with dogs and children . There is a strong neighbourly feeling of looking after each other and keeping an eye on one anothers homes for safety. The friendliness does not compromise ones privacy, lovely Birds , and green parks , close to the city , takes 10 minutes to Perth , Big shopping centers only 10 minutes to Galleria, lovely cycling tracks to Swan Valley only 2km away . The Swan river is approximately 6kms away - lovely for picnics and walks . A mixture of cultures, asian , South african , australian , burmese, Persian, Brazilian , British and many others too many to mention! Viva Kiara......!!!
