A beautiful pocket, large land size and stunning homes.
Only minutes from highly regarded Woodleigh College , Peninsula Link and hubway to peninsula and bayside. Only 10 minute drive to the finest beaches in Victoria , Frankston cbd and train.

"A metro suburb, where every block is rural sized"
Langwarrin South is a great place to live. Every block of land is an acre or bigger. This peace is fantastic, the space for the kids is brilliant and we are still so close to everything. We have great shopping precincts in Somerville, Baxter and Langwarrin. We have one of the best private schools in Woodleigh within our suburb. We are only 45 minutes from the city with the Monash freeway and Eastlink close by. With all this I wouldn't live anywhere else.
