Super friendly rural feel.
Only drama was the bushfire risk and the travel time.

"the best suburb ever!!"
I've been living in maida vale for 5 years and it is so fun everyone is friendly, nice parks and it has lots of bus stops to travel to the city.

"Bushy Retreat not Far from the City"
Maida Vale is a lovely peaceful community located in bushland but only 16kms from Perth. Here you can enjoy a country lifestyle with all the amenties of city living. It is a perfect place to raise a family. The only concern is the bush fire risk in the summer months.
