"Growing community, perfect for families"
Mandogalup is a fast growing community that has undergone a lot of change over the last 5 years. It consists of both younger families moving into new housing estates and longtime residents living on leafy rural blocks. It’s a quiet and peaceful place to live, located alongside the Perth to Mandurah rail line and Kwinana Freeway, neighbouring Cockburn and Kwinana.

"Predominantly Industrial Area Not recommended for Residential Living"
Mandogalup is a suburb in the Kwinana area and therefore it also has the same problems of over-industiralisation associated with the Kwinana area.
