"Idyllic Country Living"
Mardella is a small residental community in the Heartlands region, which is on the south western outskirts of Perth being 43kms away. Most properties are sizable with the smallest being around 10 acre lots although there are some traditional house allotments but even these are on 1/2 an acre giving plenty of space to enjoy all that country living has to offer.
