"Rural living in the suburbs"
I love Martin! It feels like country living with large farmlands mixed amongst modern housing, beautiful views at the base of the hills - and we have easy access to Roe Hwy and Tonkin Hwy.

"Affordable Housing for Everyone"
Martin has been developed with the goal of providing people on a low to average income the opportunity to own their own home at an affordable price. The continuing availability of land for future such development is in doubt as there is less and less large areas of land left around the suburb.
