Reviews of Melrose Park, NSW
"Unknown suburb with a bland location and atmosphere."
When I lived in Melrose Park, 99% of people would ask "where's that"
It's an area that s nondescript and generally mediocre.
Property prices compared to the rest of Sydney confirm that.
MP is for people that are happy with average.

"Wow, Wow, Wow..."
I recently visited the Melrose Park display center and all I can say is wow, wow, wow! I read that this would be an urban transformation but that doesn't really do it justice. As a first home buyer they've really hit the nail on the head with what I'm after. Just waiting for the loan approval now.

"Exciting things to come for Melrose Park"
I've lived here many years and would say Melrose Park is a wonderful suburb with a great sense of community, neighborly spirit and conveniently located. My family and I are particularly excited about the strong focus on investment here with planned public transport and infrastructure, new retail and parks. We're sitting back and looking forward to the growth. My advice, get in now!

"Riverside Suburb"
Just purchased!! neighbours are lovely. I just love how the children can play safely on this quiet street.I don't have to pack up the bikes anymore!!! "yipeee" as the park is at the bottom of the street. Sunday mornings is now a short walk to the river to feed the ducks. How relaxing is the ferry into the city!! you can even get a coffee as you get on!!
I feel a little guilty writting this as the suburb is not well known but I think this will change as its discovered!! have a look for yourself!!!!!!!

Is it cheap to build here?
"Wonderful area to let the kids grow up, where most know everyone else"
Quietly found on the Parramatta River next to the large meadowbank Playing Fields and Ryde Parramatta Golf Course, this area is very unknown, off the main road, but having great public transport options and if you like the open recreational spaces to run, walk or bike around Melrose Park is for you. The local public school is small - a country school in the city, where it doesn't take long to feel 'belonged'

"Great suburb to bring up a family"
Having moved here 3 years ago, this is a great suburb for a young growing family. So many parks in the areas, lots of shops with Top Ryde just opening again up the road, and there is a great mixture of people of all ages that live here
