"Exclusive pocket of the peninsula. Very tightly held."
Merricks Beach is a somewhat forgotten part of the peninsula and that’s just the way the locals like it. Dirt roads screened by Manna Gums and pine trees keeps the anonymity ensuring the small number of homes maintain their privacy and seclusion.
Property here is tight, and not cheap. The attraction of a gentle beach; safe for all and the option of a wave closer to the cliff top is a rare Westernport find. For the yachty types the sailing is excellent, and the Merricks Beach Yacht Club has a local prestige, that would impress even Judge Elihu Smails. 79 Bayview Road is one of stand out homes in the exclusive pocket of the peninsula.
