"Beachside Living"
A beachside community surrounded by beautiful views of hills/beaches/water views/boating activites and so on. Very quiet, safe and peaceful. About 40 mins from town when commuting for work Monday-Friday. This commute is worth it and you soon get accustomed to it. Very neighbourly most are generous, polite and social. Great area for dogs/pets and families. Great sandy soil which means building a house is less of a nightmare!
