"Central Suburb"
Good place to live. Close to the city, schools, gyms. Very central to most things you need. Few break ins but it is a fairly safe area.

Nuts! I've lived here since 1997 and never had a problem with bins. Though I've been told that in some blocks of flats, people either don't put them out on time or mix rubbish into the recycling bins, so then they don't get collected which is fair. Even overfilled bins get emptied - which is lucky : in the UK if you overfill a bin it's not collected for weeks and you might get a sticker on the bin telling you to make sure the lid sits sown next time..

Trying to sell a house here is nighmare due to prices falling bigtime, as too much crime, and thye council never empty the bins
