"Primbee is great"
Lived in Primbee for some time now and I think it is wonderful. It has been a well-kept secret for some time now but we are now seeing many Sydney people moving here and they just love it as well. Properties are getting up in price now especially the waterfronts and some of those are 1/2 acre lots! Some waterfronts have sold for $1.2 - $1.4 million and I think once people click onto what a special suburb Primbee is, the prices will go up even more so I am glad I purchased when I did. Everything is closeby. Love how I can go on lots of different walks around Primbee and just love the lake which is looking great.

"I just love Primbee"
Moved to Primbee and just fell in love with the suburb. Close to Wollongong and Shellharbour yet it feels like we are in a little town of our own with the ocean on one side and the lake on the other. Lots of lovely walks to go on, golf club nearby, school, post office and the people are friendly. Lots of half acre lots here with a lot of them backing onto the lake.
