"A Hidden Gem"

A tiny, family friendly suburb with large blocks and great people. It is home to Fremantle’s only Bush Forever park, offering beautiful nature trails to enjoy. A quiet, safe suburb to come home to. People who move to Samson, don’t move out, so it can be hard to obtain a property or rental.

Fremantle (4km) - 5 min drive
Perth (20km) - 20 min drive
Perth Airport (26km) - 28 min drive
South Beach (4.2km) - 5 min drive
Murdoch Uni (4.5km) - 7 min drive
Fiona Stanley Hospital (6km) - 10 min drive

Australia’s major hospital, Fiona Stanley, as well as progressive Murdoch University. 20 mins by car to Perth of 25 mins by bus/train. 25 mins to Rockingham.
