Very lovely environment, great place to go on holidays. Flat and beautiful with water views.

Like many, I found Sandstone Point by chance on a journey to Bribie Island. I now live here. The streets, parks and grassed areas are clean and the area is very friendly. There is one particular beach that looks idyllic. The schools nearby are great, enough shops, near to the motorway but not close enough to hear anything.
From my understanding, the whole area will go through a change in the next 5 years with a new hospital, and bridge and investment will come as a result.

We bought a little house here about 5 years ago because we saw the potential. Moved here 1 year ago. It is the most amazing place. Situated half way between brissy and the sunshine coast with prices so cheap it's ridiculous. Sea breezes, lifestyle and the list goes on. Very small community that is well supported. Best of both worlds.

After leaving Sydney and moving to Queensland I rented in Brisbane and started my search.
When I found Sandstone Point I was impressed by how most houses were kept well and it had a nice Community Shopping Centre. Medical, Dental and IGA other shops also make it easy to get you everyday needs.
Close to Bribie Island without the traffic dramas of living on the Island.
Seemed like a great place to settle. I’ve lived here for a year now and very happy.
Oh almost forgot it has I would say is the best family pub in Queensland. Perfectly positioned on the waterfront 👌

Surrounded by nature, connected by sprawling parks and bordered by ocean, Sandstone Point is a community planning success story. If you are seeking a sea change but still want to be close to all the necessary amenities, this is the place for you.

Great place to live, peaceful and quiet, friendly people. Can walk around at night and feel very safe, lots of parks and walkways. Have lived here for 14 years and love it, better value for your money so don't tell too many people!

Easy Commute to Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast

We Moved here From Sydney in Jan.This year,Couldnt ask for a Better Street,Very very peacefull No traffic worries,Great ppl in the Street,3mins to Boat ramp and 2 mins to local Shops,Highly reccomend the area,Great for families A+++++++++++++

Great Street to Live or Invest
No busy traffic,great mixture of families and retirees,very quiet and only 2 minute walk to New Shopping Complex.
Very Nice Area.

I have an Investment here,and im a regular visitor to the area.
I think its a great place to Invest or Live.
Beautiful lifestyle for Families or Retirees.
Nice Beaches,Parks and New Shopping Centre.
Schools are good.
