Heaven on Earth. This is the paradise of the Northern Beaches just out of Townsville (20km) it has access to Supermarkets ie:Coles/Woolies. Not to far down the main highway around 10 min drive. The Beach is truly beautiful with Pods of Dolphins and the Odd whale. Fishing is Fantastic and the Locals are so lovely its like a large family. Great place to bring up the kids, they are safe and well looked after as we all know each others children and we all watch out for them. We have a boat ramp in excellent condition and the fishing is incredible, not to mention the Prawns. ( YUM) Great little park on the beach front for family Barbecues or cricket and volleyball. We also have a Bistro/ Pub and a community center that has Friday night get togethers and also has a Bar. The fishing club is run out of the community center as well as our Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade. This is the best place to bring up a family in the Northern Beaches greater Townsville area.
