"Geraldton's crime sector"
Violence in the streets. Vandalism, Car theft, Poisoning of dogs.
Great size lots with loads of potential, Unfortunately all the drug dealers and criminals seem to love it.

"Dangerous"
Spalding has a high crime rate, most houses have been ruined by carless people living in them. Cant walk around at night, too dangerous, mobs of people wonder streets, hear people yelling abuse.
I would never ever live here.

i lived in spalding for 11 years now i think its about the same all over geraldton
not just spalding .
"Upcoming suburb"
Overlooked in the past but it's a sleeper. Good sized houses and decent sized blocks. Close to town.
Improving all the time as people start to realise its potential. Increaing number of renovations happening. Can still buy at reasonable prices but this will change as more and more people latch on.
