"Seaside living without the huge price tag as yet."
A quiet place with its own safe sandy swimming beach. 5 minutes to the seaside village of Penguin, next along the road is Ulverstone and a further 10 minutes to the port city of Devonport. In the opposite direction 10 minutes from Sulphur Creek is the town of Burnie, this is a port town with everything you need.
