"You won't know you are in town!"
The Gardens is an amazing suburb located on the fringe of Darwin's CBD, it is an amazing place and you will forget how close you are to town, the real estate is highly sought after and properties do not stay on the market long, a stones throw to the Gardens golf course and the casino and a short stroll to mindl beach if you get an opportunity to buy here, take it, great capital growth and a high rental yield for investors

"Most Trees in Town"
The Gardens is an aptly named area of Darwin that is an oasis in a hot and steamy city. The suburb is host to the Royal Botanic Gardens (with its much photographed water feature), Gardens Park Golf Course and The Gardens Oval. There are only a few residential streets in The Gardens, and the homes are expensive.
