Hull Heads and Tully Heads should see significant capital growth. Simple area play. This area is about 80 minutes drive south of Cairns. Similar houses and land 80 minutes drive north of Cairns are priced between 5-10 times higher than Hull/Tully Heads. Similar houses and land at Mission Beach just 20 minutes away are priced 2-3 times higher. People in North Queensland still think 80 minutes drive is a long distance and think that the drive from Mission Beach to Tully/Hull Heads is a long haul. I know tons of people that drive 80 minutes one way to get to work each day. The highway south of Cairns is being ungraded significantly and that will cut travel time.
