But hey, it's not that far to the beach.

Have lived here nearly six years now and never want to leave. It's accessible to motorway, buses, train, shipping centres etc, but my road is very quiet and the neighbours are amazing.

Safe suburb. Very central to the two major shopping centres and to the smaller local shopping centres. Short driving distance to three beautiful beaches and to the social hub of Terrigal. Central to many primary schools and high schools with a short driving distance to the Central Coast Grammar and Gosford High school. Short distancecto Tuggerah lake where there are walking and bike paths. Family friendly suburb and central to everything. Highly recommended.

Centrally located Tumbi Umbi on the Central Coast of NSW offers a relaxed family oriented lifestyle. Encompassing semi-rural areas, fairly modern housing estates and some older holiday style homes this extremely popular area is only 10 minute drive to beaches and 5 minutes to Tuggerah lakes. Transport available mostly along the main roads. 10 minutes to F3, Trains and Westfields Tuggerah. This really is a great area to live and really suits the family or retiree.
