"not just kennedy drive"
Kennedy drive a bit dodgy but drive past that into suburb and no problems 5 kms to surf restaurants night life hospital roads are starting to be repaired so hopefully that won't be an issue for much longer most of tweed heads west is away from flight path south tweed and tugun far worse again really only affects those on close to highway around kennedy drive. lived in my street for 9 years don't lock doors due to animals and never been broken in to or had any problems much of tweed west has rural outlook

"not such a good area"
Low income mixing with mid income - Main street of Kennedy drive is a mess - road need major work and some of the houses along this strip should be condemed. Looks like rubbish day every day.
