"Tiny town in the middle of nowhere"
Very very small town that is in the middle of Australia, and is serviced by the train line running between Perth and Adelaide. When we were last there, the Hospital needed patients, and therefore had a sign up out the front "If you're crook, come to cook". This was a while ago though, so things may have changed.
