"Mostly quiet, learn to live with mozzies and midges"
Pretty quiet town, few ferals but not bad, great waterside living, 50 minutes to the cbd, 10 minutes to Cranbourne, 5 to Tooradin, 20 to Frankston. Cheap housing.
