Great place to start out. Well priced land with some decent sized blocks. The shopping centre has all you need with more shops opening all the time. Only a few mins to the station where you can get a train direct to the city or Ballarat. There is a school opening in January in exford waters estate and hopefully soon they will start to develop the river bank and put in the walking trail. There is a heap of development going on in the west like the new Melton hospital, it is going to make living here even better.

We moved here from Caroline Springs and are overall impressed with how Weir Views is coming together. You do feel separate from 'Melton' because of where it is located and how different it is. Nice houses, river views and lots of families and professional couples. A big local shopping centre is being built as well as lots more parks, community centres and walking paths. It still has a long way to go while everything is built and finished. Affordable housing (for now) that will go up in value.
