"In the heart of the Swan Valley"
Whilst many claim to be "Swan Valley" this really is in the heart of it. Wineries, micro-breweries, restaurants and of course the river are all easily accessed. Particularly good spot for horse lovers as riding schools and agistment centres are a plenty. Approxiumately 30 minuted from Perth CBD, its a rare balance of country living with city access. Be warned though it's getting busy, as surrounding suburbs encroach and traffic and noise are on the increase as a result.
